Loft bedroom accessed by a full stairwell, not a ladder, and mature landscaping with vistas towards the wooded fields and stream yet minutes from the sea, and the legendary 168-acre Witherle Woods preserve!Plenty o sunlight streams through the windows below and aloft. In addition a large garage-type door opens revealing a private deck, rose bushes and a lovely private view into a field. This Tiny House cottage stands alone and has a full bath with dry sauna. Laundry privileges and ping pong in the basement of main cottage- another summer rental.There is on site parking for one vehicle, on street for another, a new gas grill, all bed linens and bath towels, and games such as croquet and badminton.Terrific for couples, seniors or newlyweds!
