Inside: Play games, watch movies , enjoy a book or complete a puzzle on the porch. Sleeper sofa in living room.*Cottage is 420 sq ft. One bedroom with double bed, fold down sofa and air mattress.*PET FEE $25 per dog per night. 1well behaved dog allowed. No other animals/pets.*Cottage is in a neighborhood.* NO parties or events. If having day guests over no more than 4.*NH lakes at times can test for high levels of bacteria, this doesn’t happen often but at times it does. Unfortunately, it is a circumstance that is out of our control. If this happens, we know you will still enjoy our amazing cottage and boating.
