In the studio, There is a queen size bed in studio, a futon that folds open for extra guest, a table and chairs at the windows facing the Mountain View with country club golf course in the foreground. There is a galley kitchen, a large walk in closet and bathroom with shower, tub and double sinks. Access to the outside with deck and hammocks, chairs and table available. There is a bbq and laundry facilities available downstairs in the easily accessible garage.Kailua beach is renowned for kite surfing, kayaking and SUP rentals, snorkeling, surfing and hiking. Ideal for remote working or a complete get away ! The neighborhood is safe and mainly occupied by residents who are professionals as well as having a definite beach and outdoor adventure vibe with all that is accessible in scenic Hawaii. There are miles of beaches within walking distance, as well as hikes with panoramic views within minutes of the studio. Kailua town with all it’s conveniences and restaurants is a 5 minute drive, and also ideal for walking or bike riding. The cultural, historic, and entertainment is available in Honolulu, just a 35 minute drive from Kailua. Come visit the big surf at the north shore within 11/2 hours drive, and the historic Pearl Harbor museum which is a 45 minute drive.
