NEW LVP flooring throughout…Additionally…• Free (and very reliable) Wi-Fi High Speed broadband Xfinity Internet – no problem with video conferencing, zoom meetings, etc.• HD TV programming on two large TV’s• There are 2 elevators that service our building with one very close to the unit.The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort that is extremely well maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 SWIMMING POOLS and 4 HAR-TRU TENNIS COURTS in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns and is just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.Although this is a new listing we are experienced hosts with 5 star reviews and we are certain that you will have an outstanding stay in our condo!Please note: While we love children, we have set up our condo for adults only with high end furnishings and art… thanks for understanding!Guest Access:You’ll have the entire condo to yourselves!Interaction with Guests:We are available to help with anything you need during your stay!
