We don’t have many reviews on VRBO because most of our guests have called us directly from signage we have on the property and our guests come back for multiple years. Our guest that has rented November through March the last 3 years is traveling elsewhere next year so peak season is available for 2025!Newly upgraded three bedroom plus office home with private pool and views of the mountains and golf course. This is a guard gated community with four pools and four spas in Mission Hills East. The home has four remolded bathrooms, upgraded kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counter tops, new appliances, all new interior paint, new wood plank flooring, new fixtures, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, new furniture, and an unbeatable view! There are two bedrooms and an office in the main house. The third bedroom is in the private casita.There is a natural gas allowance of $300 per 30 day rental (prorated at $10 per day if longer than 30 day stay). If guest goes over the allowance, the guest if responsible for the difference.There is a electricity allowance of $450 per 30 day rental (prorated at $15 per day if longer than 30 day stay). If guest goes over the allowance, the guest if responsible for the difference.
