Only registered guests on the reservation are permitted. No unregistered guests or overnight guests are permitted. There is also an outside eating area available for your use.Is there a noise ordinance?Yes, the City of La Quinta has a noise ordinance in effect from 10 pm to 7 am. In addition, all guests must be mindful of the surrounding neighbors as some are permanent residents. The noise level during the day must be kept to a minimum. If you are found to violate the noise ordinance you will receive a warning and your deposit will be forfeited.Do we allow pets?We kindly ask our guests not to bring pets to Casa Nueva due to considerations for the allergies of other visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable environment for all our guests.When are trash and recycling picked up?Trash and Recycling collection takes place every Monday.
