Hardwood floors, modern kitchen, WIFI, central air-conditioning, Cable TV, outdoor shower and 3 available kayaks included.Sleeping accommodations include first floor master with queen size bed and private bath with jacuzzi. Upstairs is one bedroom with three twin beds and another master suite with king bed, day bed and trundle. Upstairs private office space doubles as a fourth bedroom and includes pull out queen size couch.Bring your boat, borrow a boat or rent one and take advantage of our private dock. Plenty of room for a boat trailer in the driveway. Plethora of boating opportunities including a trip up the Eel River to Waquoit Bay. It is even a short boat ride across Nantucket Sound to Martha’s Vineyard. This rental is a boater’s paradise!
