Our home has all the amenities your family is searching for when looking for that relaxing family vacation; it is a space that is less 5 minutes away from York Harbor Beach, the Cliff Walk, the York Golf & Tennis Club, the Wiggly Bridge, the York River & dozens of local eateries. Less than 5 minutes beyond those locations you can enjoy soaking up the sun at the famous Long Sands Beach or strolling through timeless downtown York Maine.With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, kitchen, mudroom, dining room, and a large (20’x15′) three seasons room, there is ample space for you to host your next family vacation. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, with a coffee maker, ice maker and toaster at your disposal. The entire home has been retrofitted with new paint, hardwood floors, marble countertops, ship lap walls, and smart technologies (Alexa, outdoor ring cameras, smart locks, smart switches, etc).The large lush backyard features seasonal grape vines, pear trees, apple trees and a wealth of wildlife. Situated just a few hundred feet from the York River, there is an ever changing sense of the outdoors around you. Also, be sure to bring your fishing pole, both the river and the beaches are an exciting & memorable place to throw in your line.It should also be noted that the home is handicap friendly. There is a wide ramp that leads from the driveway to 1st floor of the home. Additionally, there is a 1st floor bedroom with a full bathroom and 32” x32” standup shower adjacent to that bedroom.
