Off of the kitchen there is a mud room with a side entrance to the home, where you’ll also find a bar and coffee/ tea preparation station, as well as a great place to store all of your beach towels and shoes after coming in from a day on the water.Stepping off of the dining room through the sliding glass doors, exit out onto a gorgeous back patio with outdoor dining options, seating in the shade under the pergola with a swinging bench hung next to the hot tub. A swing set in the grass yard as well as bar games complete this outdoor fun zone. Step through the back fence to get to the guest home and entertainment space above the garage.Back inside is the primary bedroom suite, with king size bed and an en suite full bathroom.
