It is fully furnished, with the space designed to accommodate up to 4, with a king size bed and 2 foldable twin beds (stowed away in air-condition closet). It is a perfect getaway for relaxation, water-crafts/leisure, adventure, honeymoon, events, etc. It is very safe, with friendly residents.Lago Vista is nestled in the gorgeous Texas hill country. You will love its sub Mediterranean-like environment, with surrounding attractions including amazing parks & campsites ( Arrowhead point park, Arkansas Bend park, Balcones Canyon lands National Wildlife Refuge, etc.), hiking trails, golf courses, wineries, marinas/water crafting, etc.You’ll have easy access to Round Rock, Cedar Park, Austin ( ~36 miles), etc – all bigger cities with an outstanding array of shopping, entertainment, etc. Marble Falls is only ~33 miles away, and is a beautiful and scenic drive through several parks and reserves.NOTE THE FOLLOWING:1. You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!2. We operate a “no-contact” check-in process, therefore, will require a security/damage deposit of $250 prior to your arrival.
