    Description

    Come stay at a unique Spanish Hacienda style house in close proximity to Palm Springs’ finest restaurants and shopping! It is located within 1 mile of Downtown, only 5 minutes drive or a 20-30 minutes leisurely walk away. The private house has 3 beds and 2 baths, with an outside pool and views of the majestic San Jacinto mountain- your own private oasis! The place has been updated with new closets and blinds/rolling shades.ARRIVAL/DEPARTURECheck in is 4PM.Check out is 11AM.Late check out without prior approval will incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.PETSDue to allergy concerns for guests, only certified service animals are allowed for an additional $100 flat fee.SMOKINGAbsolutely no smoking is allowed. There is a $5,000 fine if there are any signs of smoking.POOL HEATINGOptional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $300 for the first day and $150 for the following day. 24 hrs advance noticeIf elected, the pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.OUTDOOR SECURITYYou will find that the neighborhood is quiet and safe. However, a state of the art security system is installed that includes two outdoor cameras (one for the garage area and another for the front yard) and a Ring doorbell camera (at the outside gate).IMPORTANT NOTESPLEASE NOTE that Palm Springs imposes a 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment on stays less than 28 days. These city-imposed charges willbe added to the reservation by Airbnb payment request after booking. Airbnb does not currently allow the taxes to be added as a line item so this will be in addition to the total shown.CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES:No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location.Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.- Overnight occupancy is 6 people.- Outside parking can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles; due to small garage doors, only small or medium vehicles are permitted. Request ahead for space to accommodate a small car.City Permit ID # 5321Primary bedroom has a king bed, with an ensuite bathroom. There is a comfortable sitting area to unwind with a 43″ television. An outdoor patio is accessible through the sliding glass door and a door through the bathroom.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a desk.Bedroom 3 on the separate wing, has a king bed with a 50″ television, as well as a dedicated work space with super-fast internet connection and a separate entrance.A free washer and a dryer are available during your stay.Each bedroom and living room is equipped with its own air conditioning and heater combo unit, please refer to the welcome letter on how to operate it.
