Fine shopping is all nearby.Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.The cozy living room is set up with a comfortable couch for you to relax and a 50″ Samsung TV with Netflix access where you can watch your favorite movies after the long sightseeing and working.The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the patio and pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds and a dedicated workspace.There’s a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need and a dining area to make your favorite meal.You don’t have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels and a washer & a dryer!Relax in the back patio featuring a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating or have fun with your friends and family in the fabulous non-heated pool and a jacuzzi which can be heated upon request.A high-speed Wi-Fi with an internet speed of 120 Mbps, a front garden, and a Tesla charging station are all provided during your stay!There are 2 cars parking in driveway and 1 street parking with permit available.Looking forward to hosting you!The entire home is yours to enjoy!* No loud party or any event is allowed.*Lost parking permit fee is $200.*We have NO fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.*Pool Level – Entrance side is 3 feet and deep side is 8 feet.*Please contact us for the Spa heating time.*There are no security cameras inside and outside the house.OTHER NOTE: Pool and jacuzzi heating is an extra $100 per day (heating is only available from April to October) The pool and jacuzzi are accessible from 8 am to 10 pm.
