No gathering outside past 10 PM, this is strictly enforced.- No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM. Lights do shut off automatically after 10pm.• Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don’t allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests disclosed on your reservation and there will be zero visitors during your stay. / Our house has two outdoor cameras as security and safety measures. These cameras are as follows:- Camera at front porch/front door- Overhead camera across the pool at backyard areaWe DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. However, guests should be aware that activity is recorded. None of these cameras have a line of sight or is capable of viewing indoor spaces. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home.Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited.EXTRA GUESTS: Each guest after the 2nd guest cost $20 per person, per night. Please make sure to put the right number of guests. It is for us to maintain compliance with the rules of VRBO and our insurance.
