Less than 3 miles to Kroger, Walmart Neighborhood Market, fast food & sit-down restaurants, liquor stores, and gas stations.Each of the four bedrooms can accommodate two adults. The ground floor primary bedroom includes an ensuite bath with separate shower and garden tub.The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a common hall bath. Additional half bath located on the main floor.Each bedroom features two sets of bright white linens, four pillows, towel sets, a television, and ceiling fan.A front loading washer and dryer is available on the main floor. The planter is up where the tree was, and new flowers and bushes will be planted the last week of March!
