Beautiful kitchen with brand new appliances, countertops, sink and everything needed for cooking. Enjoy a laptop workspace or relax watching your preferred shows with fast wifi included. Smart TV comes with Netflix and Hulu. The backyard has a ping pong table and large outdoor space to sit back and relax. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood where you can walk to nearby parks or just sit and listen to birds.We allow 1 pet and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200. No parties allowed, maximum guests are 6 adults + 1 infant/toddler. No more than 4 additional guests to visit during the day only.
