Enjoy views from the living room and kitchen.Master bedroom with ensuite bath that features a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Spectacular views of chimney rock from the tub!1st guest bedroom has a king bed, 2nd guest room has a queen bed. Shared full bath with shower tub combo. Powder room off of living area.Outdoor dining area with bbq grill and seating and fire pit.Washer and Dryer.Garage.You’ll have private access the back yard area and the garage starting at 4 pm on the date of check in until 10 am on the date of check out.Other things to noteHouse Rules:Check in is 4 p.m.Check out is 10 a.m.Home owner has a strict no pets policy.We do not accept mail at this address.No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Please store bikes in the garage.Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. – 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.NO FIRES May 1 – October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats.
