In between them is a shared full bath. The spacious open kitchen and dining room open onto a sunken living room, with a TV featuring Netflix, Amazon, Disney, etc. Outside is a patio for relaxation. Behind the house, another covered patio has a full gym, with a treadmill, dual cable pulley system, and weighted balls. Behind the gym is a backyard with a hammock and croquet set. Behind the main house, the creative office is a two-story space with its own kitchenette, bathroom, day bed, desk and balcony overlooking the yard.
