This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot. Transit won’t also be a problem since many public transportation options are available nearby and Car sharing is available from RelayRides, Hertz On Demand and Zipcar.➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don’t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you’re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 – 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.➤ We only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest.➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.8.
