Summary:Our cozy basement studio is perfect for those solo travelers working away from home. We are just a few blocks from both Sloan’s Lake and the light rail station. Access downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, LoHi, and the RiNo art district, all via light rail or a quick drive. We have everything you need to be comfortable for longer stays, including 1 complimentary clean for each month you stay!The Space:Inside:Our basement apartment is light, airy, and fully stocked for those working remotely! Our kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and all the cooking utensils and supplies you will need. The space is comfortably designed with a Queen size bed, sofa, dining table, and a full sized bathroom. You will have access to your own personal washer/dryer making our unit very convenient and filled with all of the essentials.Guest Access:Self Check-in Instructions will be sent 48-hours before your stay. Our home is separated into 2 apartments. The main unit is rented out. You may see other renters in the entryway stair well. We charge a $150 non-refundable pet accommodation fare per month during your stay. One pet only and weight limits may apply. There is no private outdoor space. You will need to walk your dog. Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats.Our unit is located in the basement apartment of our townhome. The stairwell is common space to access both units but each unit is completely private and separate from each other. You will not have access to temperature controls during your stay. The temperature is kept at comfortable levels. We have a fan and space heater, if needed.Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUTAfter confirming your booking, you’ll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can’t guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONSWe HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven’t already.
