Makeup stains are difficult to get out, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.- Do not flush feminine products (e.g., tampons) or wipes down the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.- Check-out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.- No smoking of any kind inside the home! There is a smoke detector. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $250 fine.- No parties or events are permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.- No excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.- A security deposit might be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking site used to make the reservation. It is refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding fines.- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.- Do not use the address for any type of shipment.
