(Sleeps 2)-Guest bedroom #1. Queen bed (Sleeps 2)-Guest bedroom #2. Queen bed (Sleeps 2)-Steeping nook. Day bed. (Sleeps 2)-Guest bathroom. Full Bathroom*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.**If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*-No Parties: We have a strict “No-party policy”. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.-This is a pet friendly home with a pet fee. However, our policy is: “All Four on the Floor”No pets in beds or on furniture. The violation of this policy can result in additional fees for extra cleaning needed for the home. Please pay the pet fee before your arrival. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us.-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup-Pets: “All-four-on-the-floor”. No pets on bedding or furniture.
