The Caribbean meets Seaside in rattan and soothing neutrals. Everything is supplied so just bring yourself, your flip flops and a toothbrush- and enjoy the beach! Wheelchair friendly as well!Unit 357 was completely gutted and rebuilt in 2022 and it is absolutely astounding! Features central air-conditioning.Incredible ocean views from this 3rd floor condo! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa features a King bed in the bedroom and new Queen sleeper in the living area, a full kitchen and a walk in shower with detached shower head. Beach items included: Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cooler backpack and a wireless portable bluetooth speaker. Lots of beach toys including frisbees, paddleball, bocce, jazzminton, sand toys, football, nerfball and pool noodles! There are also many books and games!Please note, this villa is open concept so there is not a door between the bedroom and living room.
