You won’t need it much, but your private driveway is an off-street parking space all your own for a vehicle or golf cart.THE LIVING AREA…Sugarpoppy Cottage has a colorful living area that includes a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a Queen bed for additional guests, and a large flat screen TV. Off the living area is a desk for setting up a home office. The kitchen includes all of the comforts of home, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. There is an outdoor six-person dining table located on the side deck when you want to enjoy a meal in the fresh air. A large propane BBQ grill is ready to cook up your freshly caught fish.THE POOL AND COVERED LANAI…Out the back doors or around the side deck is your fully fenced private back yard with a private heated (or chilled!) pool. Beside the pool is a spiral staircase up to a rooftop deck to enjoy some sunshine among the trees. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach a treat. There is also a full washer and dryer located by the pool.THE ACCOMMODATIONS…Both bedrooms in this lovely home are located on the first floor.
