Owners continuously provide new furnishings and upgrades.The cottage building is semi-detached duplex with two very private entrances into Unit #2. The cottage has a private deck and three reserved parking spaces. (Nothing is shared with the unit next door.)Two bedrooms on the ground floor – each with a queen-sized bed, and two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, the other, with a set of bunk beds. Ceiling fan and Cable TV in master bedroom. Cable TV in upstairs bunk bed room. Wireless high speed internet throughout the cottage.The upstairs bedrooms each have a window air conditioner. Two window air conditioners in the main first floor room cool the first floor. On hot nights, the first floor bedrooms are kept cool with their doors open to the main room.Relax on the private deck with lounge chairs, garden table & chairs. Charcoal grills provided.Outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.Fully equipped kitchen.It is the culture on Cape Cod to bring your own linens when a summer cottage is rented. Sheets, pillow cases, blankets, towels and beach towels you should bring with you or arrange to rent from a local business. Each bed does have a pillow and mattress cover provided.
