Suite – ♂️ Upgrade Option To Private Lake Front/Boat Dock/Jet Ski Dock This is the smallest 2 bedroom VRBO on the lake because it is two large rooms with an adjoining master bath. No kitchen. If this is OK, please read on – Excellent Option for: small families, kids, in-laws (overflow from other VRBO’s, hotels/resorts)- Great for boating, fishing, and local events with overnight stays- Plenty of private space to park your boat trailer, SUV, and RV just outside your door.- Perfect Location: All services within 1 mile (Grocery, SnoCones, Pizza, Restaurants, Parks, Hike|Bike Trails, Med Centrr)- High Speed internet and Dish included (2 TV’s)- Ideally located on peninsula between two nearby public boat ramps accessing both sides of lake.VRBO for those who want a simple, super clean place and don’t need to cook, nor want to cook.• No kitchen, but there’s a barbeque, minifrige, microwave, and Keurig• No lakefront but super close• Owner has a private covered boat dock steps away for a fee (must reserve in advance if available)Size Considerations:• Perfect for a single, a couple, or for a small family• Great for 2 couples … this has worked really well• Good for 2 couples + 1-3 kids if ok to share bathroom• Tight squeeze for more than 4 adult guests(Beds for 7 guests + 2 futons but that only works if most guests are kids and staying for only a night or 2)This VRBO has worked best for:• Staying night before a fishing trip (guide can pick you up at dock).• Boating, Hiking and event overnight stays, overflow from other vrbo’s or homes in area• Baseball camp• Families or couples who will spend most of their time on the lake and just need a place to stay at night.Parking: Property allows for up to 2 vehicles + boat trailerEarly Check In | Late check out available upon request at time of bookingProperty is on back end of an adjacent lake front home. Adjacent lakehouse boat dock may be available for fee (must reserve in advance/check for availability).- The boat dock if available is covered and can moor 2 boats on dock sides with mooring whips, and 2 jet skis w/ hydro hoist lift ] [Friday-Saturday $200/Night, Sunday-Thursday $75/Night] [The dock will not be available July 3-6, 2024]- Renting this VRBO with boat dock upgrade is the most cost effective option on the lake if you are bringing your own boat and want it docked steps away.- Boat dock access does not include usage of owners watercraft (This option is for guests who bring their own watercraft, or for guests who would like to swim or gather off the covered dock with table and chairs lakeside).Please Note:• Safe, serene, area with good neighbors who enjoy the peace of the lake at night.• This is *not* a party place. Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests are strictly prohibited.• Fireworks are strictly prohibited. If any guest is caught or identified using fireworks by local authorities, neighbors outdoor security cameras, or noise decibel detectors, guests will be asked to leave (evicted immediately), and security deposit refund will be legally withheld. Please don’t risk fire damage and/or loss of property or injury.Security Camera:- For the protection of the property, an exterior camera may be active during your stay. The camera is a motion activated camera near the Lakehouse entry at the top of the steps. When camera is activated, it transmits and records (this camera may be deactivated before your visit upon request.)
