Description
This designer condo at Laketown Wharf is on the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful views overlooking the lake on one side and only steps to the sandy white beaches of Panama City. The condo features a master bedroom and a bunk room with two twin beds. There is also a pull out sofa that makes another queen bed. There are two full size baths that each have a tub. The master includes a 12” rain shower head and the middle bathroom has a nice handheld shower so you can wash off all that sand. You have an eat in bar, a kitchen table, and my favorite is the custom built fish table to eat on the balcony. You will have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. There is a dishwasher so you don’t have to worry about the dishes and nice front loader washer and dryer. There is free WIFI, cable, HBO are provided. I have a closet with beach gear you are welcome to use and return. All glasses, dishes, and cookware are provided. You can cook your own meals or go out if you wish.Due to new COA policies you will now need to purchase your Resort armbands and parking pass upon arrival.Laketown Wharf features 5 outdoor swimming pools, a spa tub, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The condominium resort offers a nice restaurant called The Wharf that was featured on Tanked TV show, Juan’s tacos (very authentic and delicious), Lorrie Morgan’s spicy chicken and an on site store. Pineapple Willy’s famous restaurant is right across the street and Walmart is right across the street as well. There are many restaurants you can walk to. You can also walk to Coconut Creek golf course, Beach stores, Beach rentals, and Ice cream shops. You can park your car and never have to leave if you like. Everything is right there.
