Our Great Hammock Beach cottage is a seasonal rental with 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. Recently installed central air conditioning and heat. Well maintained with a deck overlooking a salt marsh and river. Only 10 cottages from the beautiful private beach. Private boat launch available just 3 cottages away. Wonderful family friendly community of 70 cottages offers a quiet, uncongested and relaxing vacation. One bedroom has a queen bed, 2 bedrooms have double beds and 1 has twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Cable TV and WiFi are provided. During the summer months of July and August, a one week stay is required, Saturday to Saturday. Old Saybrook is one of the finest summer communities in Connecticut with easy access to Mystic Seaport, Premium Outlet Malls and some of the finest restaurants. Renters must be 21 years of age or older.Weekend Rentals: We are very happy to rent our cottage during the off season for a minimum of two nights. Please note that you must be 21 years old and that we do not rent for after prom parties or similar. We do live three houses away and are available to assist with any of your needs during your stay.
