Any requests for less than 3 nights during the winter months will NOT be accepted and your reservation will be cancelled – thank you!***)Do you or your family need a ski vacation or summer getaway? Why not spend it in our clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, partial mountain-view condo at the Village at Breckenridge? Our spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom floor plan has 1,150 square feet of space. Our corner unit condo is in the Shavano Building on the 4th floor.Our condo is a block off of main street and within walking distance from some of the finest restaurants and shopping that Breck has to offer. We are located directly next to the Quiksilver high-speed chair lift at the base of the Peak 9 area.Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. The master bedroom has a plush, king-size bed. It also has an 8-drawer dresser as well as a desk & chair. The master bath has a walk-in shower with bench to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.***(For stays of less than 3 nights, please contact Lee at 303. 995. 7102)***The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed along with a bunk bed. The guest bath has a tub shower.There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space, if needed.There are flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We have lovingly decorated our condo with all of your creature comforts from home. Treat it as your ‘home-away-from-home’. A great place to vacation with family / friends or as a romantic getaway!Parking is limited to one vehicle only and subject to availability at time of reservation. Please note that parking is NOT guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.(Off-site parking recommendations are available for 2nd vehicle, if needed.)Please note that our unit does NOT have a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated, credit-card operated laundry room on our floor just 2 doors down the hall from our condo.Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.Please no smoking and no pets!
