The main home features a large, open great room with the kitchen/dining/living areas plus a half bathroom. The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and attached office space for a quiet escape from activities. There are three more bedrooms in the main house, each with 2 singles (6 total). One of the bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom and the other 2 share a bathroom between them. The guest house section features its open full kitchen, full bathroom, living area and a bedroom with a queen bed. The flexible floor plan offers groups of all different make ups to customize the sleeping arrangements to suite their needs! The main home features ductless ac in the great room and 3 of 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has a window unit. The guest house has window units in the bedroom and living room. Smart TVs beckon for cozy movie nights, while complimentary Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected to the outside world should you wish.With beach chairs provided, every moment is an invitation to savor the simple joys of seaside living, without the hassle of packing your car to the brim.
