Our newly remodeled 4BR / 2BA mountain villa features all new furniture, 3 King beds and 1 Queen Bed, and plenty of parking for at least 4 vehicles.- This is our first Dog Friendly property. We welcome our responsible Pet Owners to bring along up to two dogs up to 35lbs each. There is an additional pet fee of $75 per pet. NOTE: Aggressive breeds are prohibited on the property.- The newly constructed deck offers lots of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining.- The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood on Massanutten Resort, making it the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. We’re about 1 mile from all the activities that the resort offers.- The villa has a spacious living room with an electric fireplace and big screen TV, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a hearty dinner, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space.- The master bedroom has a king bed and a large and spacious sitting area to include another electric fireplace and 55″ ROKU Smart TV.The second bedroom (Travel Room) has a King Bed with a desk and 46″ ROKU Smart TV. Bring a license plate from your state and we’ll put it up on the wall with the others!The third bedroom (Americana Room) has a king bed and full-size couch, desk and 46″ ROKU Smart TV.The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and has a high-top Queen Bed with desk and 46″ ROKU TV. This is our smallest and coziest room and is attached to the lower-level bathroom.- The Villa also comes equipped with a brand-new full-size Washer and Dryer.- The new front porch / deck is perfect for relaxing and entertaining.The Villa is equipped with outside video cams that monitor the outside when the villa is empty and to spot wildlife that may pay a visit in the wee hours of the morning.The remodel has definitely been a long process, and we still have more we want to improve upon, but we don’t think you’ll be disappointed with staying with us.
