Comfortably sleeps 8 people, 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the living room. Sun room with couches, tv and dining table.Brand new kitchen that is fully equipped and has new appliances. Private fenced yard with an outdoor grill, propane fire pit and patio furniture. There is ample parking in the driveway and two street parking passes are available upon request(only can be used for parking in front of the house not near the beach) TV’s are located in every bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace. Living room and sunroom have Smart TV’s Utilities included, no pets allowed(Sorry NO exceptions). All bed linens and towels are included. Professional cleaning service used to disinfect in between guests.
