The town of Granby is five miles from the house which offers other local stores, restaurants, banking, and activities. Devil’s Thumb Ranch is a short 15-mile drive, Hot Sulphur Springs is 15 miles, Winter Park and Grand Lake are both 20-mile drives, and the west/Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is 23 miles from our house. All these areas offer year-round activities such as horse rides, hiking, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, cross country skiing, tubing, and many other tourist activities.Guest Access:The entire house, attached single-car garage (can fit mid to large SUV) and patio areas are yours to use. House is mere steps from Kicking Horse ski lift and ski run which connects easily over to main ski area. Only a couple of minutes by car to the main ski area.Other Things to Note:*As of 6/17/2021, Granby Ranch community pool/spa are available for renter use for $10 fee, per person, per day, payable by renter at the pool desk. Guests under the age of 8 are free. If guest desires to use pool, will need to provide proof of booking (app and address are sufficient) to pool staff.
