St. Regis has it all… Oceanfront, Swimming pool, grilling areas, sport courts, fitness center, playground and game room.(indoor pool & hot tub closed)Beautifully decorated and smart keyless entry, this spacious open unit allows for everyone to gather together. From the fully equipped kitchen , large dining table for family meals or games and the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating.Unit sleeps 7 when utilizing the sleeper sofa. Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area. Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with additional twin bed. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit too!Enjoy relaxing on the oceanfront balcony with views of the ocean and pool. Balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room.St Regis complex is not pet friendly, service dogs must show state registration as a service dog and guest must get a 45$ pet permit from St Regis.
