Occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-10am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines.On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $1500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.A refundable security deposit will be held.
