The building houses 5 townhomes all with private garage, entrances, and pools. No one lives here but me, so it is very private.The Open Floor Plan and Sliding Glass door-wall makes this home very spacious. There is also an outdoor dining room with electric screen walls, to further bring the out doors inside.Large walls of windows in all rooms, let natural lighting in/The master bedroom has motorized curtains, and 2 walls of glass. Both bedrooms are ensuite, and have balconies.in addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a spiral stairs to the third floor den with a queen pull out sofa, which can serve as a 3rd bedroom. Here, There is a large screen TV and you can see the Gulf of Mexico and the sunsets from the 3rd floor!Minutes Walk to white sand Naples beach hotel with golf course, tennis courts and spa.Walk 1 block to fine dining, great breakfast restaurant, gourmet market and and drugstore. No crowds in the summer***** Please note that a dog lives in the house, so if you have allergies to dogs, it is not for you. Also, there will be ample closet and dresser space for your stay, but I will leave some of my belongings in some of the drawers and cupboards, closets,***** also one that there are not block out shades in the master, only sheer curtains.and there are no curtains in the guest BR. it is a very quiet area.***
