(DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.- Maximum occupancy of 5, sleeps 4 people in beds (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed)- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home – NO EXCEPTIONS- Pets are limited to 1 Dog in this community, which must be kept on-leash at all times.- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
