You will enjoy relaxing in a pool or playing on the sandy beach and pier with amazing nightly sunsets. The community has two single-person kayaks and two pickleball/tennis courts. Our clubhouse has a large, heated swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. You will be steps from our private sandy beach and fishing pier/dock—smart TV to enjoy streaming your favorite channels. Games are provided for family nights.ISLAMORADA & KEY LARGO:Our beautiful piece of paradise is in Islamorada, with its incredible wildlife, and is known as the Sport Fishing Capital of the World. This private gated community has 24/7 security. Our community is close to excellent diving and fishing locations—we’re next door to Founders Park, where you can walk or ride a bike. Founders Park has a beautiful park with baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, a beach volleyball court, a private beach, a playground, an Olympic-sized pool, a marina, and a public boat ramp.OUR HOME:Both bedrooms are on the second floor, using a spiral staircase. Downstairs has a dining and living room with access to the back patio. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Our first floor has a new queen-size sofa. Both sleeper sofas have new Tempur-Pedic mattresses.Enjoy the fantastic Florida weather with a BBQ grill with friends and family on the back patio. We provide everything you need to cook a family dinner when you are not enjoying one of the many local restaurants. There is a small washer and dryer in the unit, and there is fast wireless internet.Our patio has complete outdoor furniture (table, shade umbrella, and chairs). For the grill master, we have a functional BBQ with a propane tank ready to go. The rear patio is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktails.OUR SPECIAL LOCATION:Our townhouse is away from the noise of the main road and just a short walk to the pool and clubhouse. A stroll to the big, heated pool surrounded by lounge chairs, the fishing pier, and the private beach area.OTHER HOME EXTRAS:The living room and primary bedroom have smart TVs for streaming. All bedding and towels are included.OTHER NEARBY FUN:The World-Famous Tiki Bar is minutes away, and the ‘Best Rum ‘runners are in town. The best fishing is available, and numerous boat charters are minutes away.Fantastic Scuba diving and snorkeling. If you are a diver, outfitters are minutes away to see the best wrecks and reefs. Visit the local attractions, like the Theater of the Sea and a Marine mammal adventure, where performances are up close and personal. At Theater of the Sea, you can swim with dolphins, sea lions, and stingrays in their natural saltwater lagoons. They also have a dolphin show!Our fishing dock is great for making new friends and sharing fish tales. Manatees come by swimming around. The dock is NOT available for guest boats; it is just for pick-up and drop-off.WORK FROM PARADISE AREAS:The work area in the primary bedroom includes a monitor, keyboard, and mouse so you can check your office emails and attend your remote meetings. We have a solid, reliable W-Fi to connect your laptop and devices.HOME CONVENIENCES:For your convenience, our townhouse includes hair dryers and complimentary starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body lotion, and hand soap). A small washer/dryer and all linens, towels, and beach towels are also provided. Should you need an extra bed, the downstairs area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa with additional linens, pillows, and blankets.LOCAL SHOPPING:Publix is just 4 miles south of our home. There is also a Winn Dixie 4 miles north (around Mile Marker 91 in Tavernier. There is also a West Marine, Bass Pro Shops, and other nifty little stores around the town.
