The new facility boasts an expansive pool deck, zero-entry pool, large outdoor spa, bench seating inside the pool, and additional seating around the pool deck. Sit back and relax and have the tiki bar staff bring your food and drinks to you (during peak season)! This pool is in addition to the indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool.Our cleaning staff is taking every precautionary measure to make your stay a clean and safe one according to CDC guidelines, both cleaning and sanitizing the unit.The addition of the new pool facilities will integrate with our current outdoor pools, spa, and Tiki Bar to create the best beachfront complexes in Destin!Updated unit with new wood-look tile flooring throughout, ship lap ceilings, and other updates. This is a direct beachfront unit located on the sixth floor with beautiful views of the ocean. Have a relaxing cup of morning coffee watching the dolphins play or the great sunsets and sunrises.This 6th floor premium unit has many upgrades such as granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living room has a 65″ TV with Roku, DVD player, and Bluetooth stereo for enjoying your favorite music while relaxing. There is a 55″ smart TV and a smart DVD player in the bedroom and individually-mounted smart TVs on the bunk beds. The décor and furnishings have also been updated. The chef-ready kitchen has everything you need, including linens, dishes, cookware, grilling utensils, both a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig. Starter supplies only are furnished. Beach towels are not furnished. Please plan to bring those.This resort has a private beach. The cafe and Tiki bar are open and you never have to leave the resort. Many restaurants are within walking distance for take out. Walmart and Winn Dixie have grocery pickup.There is a rental company on the beach for chairs/umbrellas. This unit DOES NOT include beach rental service. For the busy summer months, it is recommended to rent your beach setups in advance. Beach service available March 1-October 31.Coin-operated washers and dryers are centrally located on each floor as well as washers and dryers on the 5th and 15th floors which accept credit card payments. There is a keyless entry system in place so you never have to worry about losing your key! The unit is stocked with books, games, and family-friendly DVDs. It is nice, bright unit with everything needed for a wonderful vacation on the beach. Just walk out the door and start enjoying! This is “streaming-friendly” condominium offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!Check out the toy box located on the beach before buying beach toys. It is a box where you can borrow sand toys, boogie boards, etc., and return them when you are finished. Or, if you purchase beach items and want to leave them behind for the enjoyment of others, you can place them in the toy box also.Pelican Beach has a cafe (with pastries, coffee, pizza, etc. and incidentals such as sunscreen, sodas, beach toys), Tiki bar, indoor/outdoor pool, two large outdoor pools, two hot tubs, kiddie pool, exercise room, game room, and two tennis and pickleball courts.During the summer, the Tiki Bar and café deliver to the beach.Pelican Beach has a catering service and can set up for all of your needs. If you are having a big gathering, buffets can be set up such as barbeques and cookouts. The office has full details.With all of the amenities that the resort has, you never need to leave! But, if you do, there are lots of things within minutes that are fun to do. The Big Kahuna Waterpark is directly across the street with easy access with the newly-added pedestrian crosswalk. Harborwalk is 2.5 miles west with restaurants, shops, children’s activities, and fishing charters, jet ski rentals, etc. Destin Commons is 3.7 miles to the east and is full of shops and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 8 miles to the east with shops and restaurants. However, no coolers, beach bags, or umbrellas are allowed. Please respect the guests in the front row.• Please keep music to a low volume at which only your immediate area can hear. Everyone likes to relax in different ways, so we ask that you’re respectful to all.• Please avoid foul language.• Pelican Beach Resort is a non-smoking property, including the beach. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
