This villa is great for family vacations or a relaxing couples trip!Why bring all your beach stuff from home? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach buggy stored in a convenient beach locker near the private boardwalk to the beach!This lovely two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the second floor and our resort does have elevators. This building has a lovely indoor pool area with hot tub, kiddie pool, workout room, and sauna – all free to guests.Den is equipped with Cable TV and Roku. We also have a DVD player and DVD library for your convenience.We also offer free high speed internet.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else!The master bedroom has cable television, a Roku and a king size bed for your comfort. There is also an attached private bath with tub and shower.The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed making it sleep 4. There is cable TV with Roku. Another full bath is just outside the door.There are 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool for rainy days. Our poolside grill, Beach Bear, is located at building one. Bike rental is available on site at building two. And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco’s, the resort’s beach bar and grill with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five to six minute walk across the boardwalk to one of the least crowded beaches on the island.
