A bike path will take you into neighboring Montecito and you’ll be just a short drive from Santa Barbara to the north and Carpinteria to the south.Built in 1889, this home was on the original stagecoach route for Summerland complete with a welcoming porch and garden. The owners have taken meticulous care of this home to keep it up to date and full of its original charm. The cozy Living Room features a bay window, leading into a formal Dining Room and Kitchen. The two Bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations and the Bathroom boasts a clawfoot tub/shower. The spacious backyard includes dining and lounge space as well as an outdoor shower. The home owners also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards.
