The dining area comfortably seats eight with bar seating for three and has French doors leading to a deck.The media room has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable leather sofas and new flooring. We loved our stay at the Overlook Sundance (126 Lodges Lane)! Our only complaint was it was not long enough. The house accommodated four couples easily with more room for kids. Plenty of space to spread out and have privacy or gather the whole group for meals and games. The house was immaculate and the beds were super comfortable. My favorite part was the accessibility to easy morning hikes up the slopes or catching the gondola to all the restaurants and activities in town. We shuttled from the Montrose Airport and never missed having a car.
