If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.• There are bunk beds that have weight limits• 8 guest max = 6 adults and 2 children (bunk bed)• Please note that there’s a staircase leading down to the property from the parking lot.• We only have 1 parking spot at the property and the overflow parking for additional cars is not available. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.• A parking pass is available inside the unit upon check-in. Please be sure to hang your permit on the rearview mirror of your car and return it on the day of your check out otherwise there’s a $50 fee to replace it.• You can also use our membership to Linderhof Country Club (less than 5 min drive).• Golf – $10/person/day for unlimited golf• Pool & Tennis – $20/day for your entire groupPlease respect our property.
