The entertainment area includes a large smart TV with YouTube Live TV, Netflix, and Disney+ streaming available, a Sonos soundbar, board games, and an electric fireplace for ambiance.Off the living and dining rooms, sliding glass doors overlook a handsome deck with ample seating, incredible mountain views, and an electric Weber grill.There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen-size bed and another with a twin-over-double bunk plus a queen. This second bedroom also has a smart TV, with Roku, Disney+, and Netflix. The main level includes a full bath with a stackable washer/dryer.Upstairs, the loft includes a dedicated workspace, and a foosball table. You’ll be be 5 miles from Attitash, 7 miles from Cranmore, 12 miles from Wildcat, and 26 miles from Bretton Woods. Hikers will enjoy access to the famous Presidential Range, pristine mountain rivers, and thousands of miles of trails. If you enjoy shopping and dining, you’ll love having North America’s celebrated ski town, North Conway, just 7 miles down the road. The idyllic resort town of Jackson is just 3 miles from the property. If stairs are going to be an issue for you or your party, you should probably look elsewhere.- This is a non-smoking property.- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.- This rental is located on floor 2.- Parking: Our dedicated parking space, marked 6B-2, is located at the top of the stairs that lead down to our building. There are visitor parking spots further down Summit Vista Rd, which are unmarked.
