Sun Drenched Townhome Center of Town – Sleeps 4This sun-filled home is tucked away in a lovely private yet central location, just a few minutes to the heart of downtown Provincetown. Easy walking distance from the pier if you take the ferry from Boston, but if you drive 2 parking spaces are included with the unit. This 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath offers multiple living spaces over 3 levels. With a reverse floorplan the upper floor has beautiful vaulted ceilings, skylight and lots of windows to enjoy the surrounding greenery and sunshine outside. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a half bath, and a living room with a gas fireplace as its focal point. For outside entertaining, there’s a large deck off the kitchen with dining table and gas grill. On the ground floor, are 2 nicely sized bedrooms on the entry floor with a tub bath between them. The 1st bedroom has great natural lighting with 2 windows at the front of the home. The 2nd bedroom is at the back with a wonderful enclosed porch attached, a truly wonderful space to sit at the end of the day, surrounded by windows. It’s a great place to relax, starting your day with morning coffee or ending it with an evening cocktail. A bonus garden level den with a gas fireplace, a shower bath and laundry room provides added space for you and your guests to enjoy.
