Let this unit become your home away from home.Large living room features a sleeper sofa, 50″ flat screen TV and a writing desk. Enjoy a great night’s sleep on a queen size bed featuring a nectar mattress, bedroom also offers an additional flat screen tv and dresser. Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and dining table. Cool off in the outdoor swimming pool or have a bbq in the buildings outdoor pool area.After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.Parking is available at $15/night.
