This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage is a block from PCB’s famous Pier Park, and therefore within walking distance to countless shops, restaurants, activities, and the fishing pier! You just can’t beat the convenience of this location! Home sleeps 8 in beds (Max of 10 guests).This property is Dog Friendly for 2 dogs 35 lbs or less ($125 per pet) – the HOA will not allow pets over 35 lbs. Pets over 35 lbs will not be allowed to stay.Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own in-suite bathroom and flat screen tv. The subtle coastal décor will help you to wind down after a fun day at the beach. There is a large dining room table for family meals, along with extra seats at the bar. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.No need to pack towels or beach toys, we have plenty for you to use while you visit. From chairs and an umbrella to wagons and a cooler, we have you covered.Take a dip in the community pool or relax on the third floor balcony and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf. You will not want to leave this perfect beach retreat!***Due to HOA rules, no trailers of any type are allowed at this property.***All parties MUST have at least 1 person twenty-five (25) years of age or older staying at the property unless your group gets written permission by property management. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.
