Beach access stairs are located right at the edge of the property getting you on the sand in no time.Solana Beach is laid back walking community with the Del Mar Racetrack being only a 15-minute stroll away. There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets within easy walking distance and dozens more just a short drive away. Cedros Avenue’s fashionable shopping and Sunday’s Farmer’s Market is a close 10-minute walk away. Close by, on the 101, are many bike shops including a bike rental on the corner of Lomas Santa Fe. Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and La Jolla are all an easy drive.
