The deck off the living area is an inviting spot for morning coffee. A fully stocked kitchen is available providing all the essentials to make gourmet meals, plus the breakfast bar seats 3, and allows your junior chefs to be a part of the meal prep and planning. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation rental home agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $3,000 and a cleaning fee.Cancellation Policy:Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 24 hours after booking.
