Soft, white sand & clear-turquoise water surrounds you at this gorgeous location! The condo is right in the heart of town- which makes for a wonderful convenience to all! You are in walking distance to everything, along with scooters, golf carts, and very cool-looking, convertible beach cars for rent right down the street from our condo if you want to explore further down the strip in style! A Walmart Supercenter is also conveniently located just around the corner, within walking distance, for any supplies you may need. Discover numerous, unique restaurants and pubs, swim with the dolphins or take a dolphin-boat tour, choose from multiple mini golf courses, go-kart courses, & multiple amusement parks including roller coasters & carnival rides right on the strip. Fly high into the PCB air on the slingshot ride or take a peaceful ride on the ferris wheel at the gorgeous, and popular, beachy-looking outdoor mall at Pier Park. Check out the zoo with a bird sanctuary where beautiful, little birds land on your feet, shoulders, and arms while you feed them. Take helicopter tours, rent jet skis, ride banana boats, and SO MUCH MORE! ☀️ ☀️ DETAILS ABOUT OUR BEAUTIFUL, NEWLY-REMODELED CONDO: This condo can sleep 5 people comfortably. All condos here at Sunbird are 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. We made sure to buy an upgraded, memory-foam, queen-size mattress for the sleeper sofa in the living room and the murphy bed, that can easily sleep another two adults comfortably. The condo is very nice and spacious for the square footage as the layout was rearranged during the renovation to enjoy maximum footage. EXTRA BONUS: Everything is brand NEW, which means everything is super CLEAN inside! Amenities:Sunbird offers 3 pools on the property, 1 of which is heated. We also have a tennis court, gym to workout, and soon will have a brand new pickle ball court. There are also 2 volleyball nets set up for you right on the beach in the lovely, powder-soft sand. We also offer 2 brand new outdoor showers at each PRIVATE beach entrance to rinse off any sand and saltwater before going back in the condo or to take a dip in one of the pools. The elevators are super fast and we also have multiple luggage carts for your convenience. We also have a laundromat with new washers & dryers that is located in OUR building (The West building at Sunbird.) Super convenient! The condo is situated right on the beach so you are just steps away from the soft, white sand and beautiful, turquoise waves. There are also grills located on the property near the pools should you want to grill burgers, hotdogs, carne asada for tacos, or any other food for lunch or dinner. Bonus: All of Sunbird is privately gated along with a security guard at the main entrance to help with parking or any issues that may arise to help you get on your way fast and feel secure all night long. Beach-access gates are at the back with a code for you to punch in before setting your feet in the sand and helps keep extra foot traffic out of the premises. Living Area:Enjoy relaxing in the recliner or from the sleeper sofa that has an upgraded, memory-foam, queen-size mattress. Everyone is sure to enjoy a great view of the tv during down times with an 80-inch tv. Cable provided, along with free Wi-Fi so you can enjoy any of your streaming shows. Kitchen:The kitchen has all brand new appliances and is stocked with the essentials needed for cooking and enjoying your meals, including pots/pans and a Keurig with K-cups and also has a regular coffee pot attached as well. The kitchen peninsula provides high-top chairs to sit and enjoy your meals. Bedroom and Bathroom:The master bedroom includes a queen bed (with new mattress) and an open closet with hangers & shelves to store your luggage and clothes. The room is connected to the bathroom which includes a shower/tub combo. Bedroom includes a dehumidifier that digitally displays the percentage of humidity in the room. Only located in our unit (West Building). • Gym• 3 Pools, 1 heated • Tennis Court • 2 Beach Volleyball nets • Soon-to-be brand-new Pickle Ball court • On-site Office for any help you may need• Security gates all around premises to keep other beach-goers out and keep foot-traffic low for guests • A security guard is on duty all throughout the night if you should need any help• (Walmart is a 5-minute walk, right behind Sunbird for all other needs.) Parking:Guests have access to one parking spot, right on site. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased onsite at the front desk in the office (to your left as you drive in) upon arrival. (Our unit is in the building on your right as you enter). Wristbands must be worn by any guest over 12 years old (to help keep foot-traffic low while on the premise for your convenience.) The parking pass is $30 for your entire stay and wristbands are $5 each. All guests must have at least ONE person who is 25 years or older with them during their stay. This is Sunbird rules for ALL units. This also makes it a bit more peaceful and relaxing while on your vacation. (Security Guard will check ID at the private gate upon entrance.)
