Sunbow Bay 213 is just two short blocks away from the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico, and it is very close to Publix, restaurants, shops, trolley stops and the exit from the Island. The unit has plenty of space for 4 people by offering a queen bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom. The screened lanai invites you to outdoor seating and nice water views to the Lagoon and the Intracoastal Waterway. Anglers may use the private fishing pier on the premises. One under building parking space comes with the unit. Guest parking is available.Free Wifi, linens & towels, etc. + beach equipment provided. Washer/dryer room on the same floor.Accommodates up to 4 people. Minimum Stay Required: Monthly.Max. 2 parking* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee.
